In the last years, many transformational factors have pushed companies to move towards digital enablement and helped them create better advantages, from increased customer experience to enhanced operational efficiency and lower costs.
A bit more than a year ago, the Covid pandemic accelerated that trend even more, increasing the competitive disadvantage of those companies that were yet not embarked in digital. Companies that had been working to be future-ready, in a world in constant change, were better prepared for the transformation.
What is the situation now? How can companies continue becoming Future-ready? Which are these factors that can enable better preparedness?

About Casimiro Juanes
Casimiro Juanes is adjunct professor at IE Business schools, where he has for more than 8 years taught Digital Innovation and disruption, Digital Transformation and digital business models in executive MBA programs (IE-Brown and Global Executive), TechMBA, Cybersecurity and Digital Innovation programs.
Over the course of over 24 years’ career dedicated to IT and security, Casimiro Juanes has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility at Ericsson, global Telecommunications leader. Currently, Casimiro is Head of Learning and development within Digital Services organization, enabling strategic change through people. Digital services is the organisation building a key component of our disruption today, 5G and all key components in the telecom environment. Previously he was Digital Transformation driver, where he designed and delivered change management and education programs to enhance the business transformation at Ericsson. With his extensive experience in business and IT, Casimiro brings a business strategy perspective to Digital Transformation, Innovation and IT decisions.
Casimiro is an accomplished leader with expertise in digital innovation and transformation, technology and IT management, IT security, risk management, compliance, and IT audit.
